Alicia Palermo

As a National Account Executive & Team Lead at NFE, Alicia is responsible for acquiring new clients as well as nurturing her existing client base. She uses a consultative approach to identify creative flood zone solutions that help to fully maximize the property’s financial performance. She strives to provide a positive experience for her clients through consistent communication, transparency, and attention to detail from start to finish.

Alicia graduated with Honors from the University of South Florida and has an extensive background in project management, business development, and Real Estate. She is a born and raised Floridian, currently residing in Virginia Beach. Her favorite activities include traveling, cooking, horseback riding and anything on the water.
